B.P. Edwards
Brandon Palmore is a multi-hyphenate filmmaker, cinematographer, and entrepreneur hailing from Pasadena, CA. Under the creative alias B.P. Edwards, he’s built a diverse portfolio, collaborating with industry giants such as HOORAE, BuzzFeed, Food Network, Revolt TV, Amazon Prime Video, Walmart, GoDaddy, Canva, and Forbes.
Known for his sharp eye and relentless dedication to his craft, Brandon has solidified his reputation both behind and in front of the camera. His hard work led to recognition as one of four cinematographers selected for Issa Rae’s inaugural ColorCreative Find Your People Program and as a Director/Producer for the 2024 Black & Unlimited Digital Development Program with HOORAE & Walmart. Additionally, he was featured as a Filmmaker in Canva’s rebrand for Film & Television.
Brandon first garnered attention as the producer and cinematographer for the acclaimed short film Just Friends, and since then, his work across feature films, short films, documentaries, commercials, and branded content has earned him critical acclaim and numerous accolades. Most recently, he served as guest Director of Photography for Demar DeRozan's web series, Dinners with Demar, and has also been showcasing his work with Lauren Ridloff in Contours.
A proud alumnus of Langston University, Brandon has a BS in Computer Science and a M.S.Ed in higher education from East Texas A&M University, previously Texas A&M - Commerce. He is also a proud member of the Beta Epsilon Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. With a passion for both visual storytelling and community empowerment, Brandon continues to break boundaries, create opportunities, and inspire the next generation of filmmakers.
When not on set, he can usually be found playing video games, frequenting local Pasadena coffee shops, baking his famous boneless chocolate chip cookies, or spending time with his partner and their rescue pup.
